March 20, 2024 – Inauguration of the Honorary Consulate of Croatia 🇭🇷 in Wallonia

The Consular Corps of the Province of Namur had the honor of participating in the official inauguration of the Honorary Consulate of Croatia in Wallonia.

At this ceremony, we were welcomed by Mr. Stéphane Uhoda , who officially took office as Honorary Consul of Croatia 🇭🇷. His appointment underlines Croatia's desire to strengthen economic, academic and cultural ties with Wallonia.

The ceremony was attended by several prominent figures, including HE Joško Paro , Croatian Ambassador to Belgium, and Mr. Gordan Grlić Radman , Croatian Minister of Foreign Affairs, who had travelled specially for the occasion. Their presence demonstrates the importance Croatia attaches to its presence in Wallonia and to strengthening bilateral trade.

We extend our warmest congratulations to Mr. Uhoda on his appointment and wish him every success in his new role. Welcome to the Walloon consular family, dear colleague 👏🎊.
