May 7, 2025 - Inauguration of the Honorary Consulate of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg 🇱🇺 in Marche-en-Famenne

The Consular Corps of the Province of Namur had the honor of participating in the official inauguration of the new Honorary Consulate of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in the Province of Luxembourg.

The ceremony took place at the Châssis Hanin company in Marche-en-Famenne, the professional headquarters of Mrs. Mathilde Rutot-Pirlet , appointed Honorary Consul of Luxembourg 🇱🇺.

Many political, economic and diplomatic figures were present, including HE Jean-Louis Thill , Ambassador of Luxembourg in Brussels, as well as several representatives of Walloon and Luxembourg institutions.

This appointment underlines the Grand Duchy's desire to strengthen its local presence in Wallonia and to promote economic, cultural and institutional dynamics within our Greater Region. 🤝🌍
