June 20, 2024 – 🌟 Ceremony for the Presentation of the Exequatur to the New Honorary Consul of Tunisia in Wallonia 🌟

On June 20, 2024, the Ambassador of Tunisia, HE Mr. Sahbi Khalfallah, presented the Exequatur to the new Honorary Consul of Tunisia in Wallonia, Mr. Alain Lesage, during a ceremony in Brussels. 🇹🇳

The event brought together senior officials from the Province of Liège, honorary consuls, representatives of the Tunisian Embassy and Consulate in Belgium, the Tunisian Socio-Cultural Center, and the Tunisian community.

Notably, the Walloon Consular Corps were all represented by their presidents: Magali Dugardin (Namur), Bernard Piette (Liège) and Thierry Dumoulin (Hainaut), underlining the importance of this ceremony. 🤝🌍

Mr. Lesage's appointment reflects the desire to strengthen economic, commercial, cultural, academic, and technological relations between Tunisia and Wallonia. 📈📚🌿
