July 6, 2024 – 62nd Anniversary of Burundi’s Independence 🇧🇮

🌟 The Consular Corps of the Province of Namur, represented by its President Magali Dugardin, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Congo 🇨🇬, and Frédéric Lernoux, Honorary Consul of Mongolia 🇲🇳, accompanied by Laurent Hellemans, member of the Consular Corps, participated in the Commemoration of the 62nd Anniversary of the Independence of Burundi in Brussels, on Saturday, July 6, 2024. 🇧🇮🎉




HE Mr. Thérence Ntahiraja, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Burundi, delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of cooperation and development for the future of the country. 📜✨

The ceremony concluded in a convivial atmosphere with demonstrations of traditional Burundian songs and dances, celebrating the country's rich culture. 🎶💃


The Consular Corps of the Province of Namur is delighted to have participated in this commemoration, thus strengthening the bonds of friendship and cooperation with Burundi. 🤝🌍
