This Friday at the Embassy of Haiti. An opportunity to greet the former Ambassador to Brussels, Dr. Josué Pierre Louis, current Secretary General of the Presidency, on the occasion of the presentation of his new book "The Modernization of Haitian Law - A Challenge for the Future."

A very nice reception, in the presence, among others, of Professor Camille KUYU, who came specially from the DRC.
