
The Cultural Diplomacy Day :
A confidential diplomatic gathering at the heart of cultural diplomacy
Created by the Consular Corps of the Province of Namur, The Cultural Diplomacy Day is an event dedicated to cultural diplomacy: a high-level gathering where heritage and music become levers for dialogue, cooperation, and international influence.
Organized in partnership with the Dinant Jazz Festival, The Cultural Diplomacy Day focuses on the quality of exchanges, in a lifestyle and confidential spirit.
The Cultural Diplomacy Day is:

Bringing together an invited audience: diplomats, institutions, economic leaders.

Enjoying a cultural experience in exceptional heritage sites.

Promoting local exchanges and facilitating introductions.

Being part of an international program: guest country of honor at the Dinant Jazz Festival.

≈150 guests, mainly diplomats and institutional representatives, alongside a select circle of partner companies
PROGRAM
3:30 p.m. — Welcome & immersion (Leffe Museum – “La Merveilleuse”)
Welcome and cocktail reception. Screening of a segment from the Dinant Jazz Festival Young Talent Competition (subject to confirmation by DJF).
6:45 p.m. — Transfer to Leffe Abbey
7:15 p.m. — Opening reception (Leffe Abbey – Cloister)
Welcome in an exceptional heritage setting, in connection with the opening of the Festival.
8:00 p.m. — Closing of the Consular Corps program
From 8:00 p.m., guests who wish to do so may extend the evening and attend the opening concerts (German Jazz Special Evening) of the Dinant Jazz Festival: free admission — this participation is on a private basis, under the same conditions as the general public.
Important note: The official Consular Corps event ends at 8:00 p.m. Attendance at the concerts thereafter is on a private basis.

Contribution to influence
Cultural Diplomacy Day brings together a very limited number of companies (maximum 10 ) wishing to support the CCPN's international influence. More than just visibility, it is a place at the heart of a network of influence.
