On November 25, 2025, Brussels celebrated Suriname's 50 years of independence with a colorful ceremony at the Grand Place. Manneken Pis was dressed in traditional Surinamese attire, unveiled in the presence of the community and H.E. Gilbert Van Lierop. The CCPN was represented by Claude Dellisse, illustrating the Consular Corps' commitment to cultural dialogue and international relations.
